A/C spun into the Walker Quarry area of Milford Lake at 1100 hrs from a 120' hover and submerged in 35' of water during a routine training mission from Ft Riley. A/C was lead in a formation flight of 5 UH-1s which had completed three troop insertions and were RTB when A/C struck three 3/4" seven-strand powerlines at approx 175' AGL, severing control tubes and crashed near Pocheon at approx 1301 hrs.
