And in that human element, now Im going to go to people that are going to be most impacted and Im going to have meetings before the meetings. I didnt want to live a potted life.. I think you and I are living proof of that. This is where you need to start. In no time, youll be back to doing what only you can do, growing your business. It was not always flowers and sunshine, trust me on that. Very sad, folks, very sad because let me tell you something about assumption. Or is this it? Yeah, okay, thats good. Now, you can bring people around that will add value to you, you can get people around that will encourage you, be great friends, support you, walk through with you, coach you, do all that good stuff, but the only person that can change you is you. John Maxwell has said that many, many years. Youre making a commitment. All stuff that we dont see modeled very much. Because after I intentionally started growing, I made a commitment to grow as a leader. Im going to go, Hey, Im getting ready to do some changes. Most recently I cut out all the travel in my schedule for the first quarter of 2023, and Im loving it by the way. And so Ill be honest with you, I learned at an early age to publicly like what I personally hated, or personally lamented. So lets say you take a team, like our organization, how do you prepare, even those that have the leadership capabilities, how do you prepare them for change, to see the same things that you see and get excited about the overall vision of what that change will give you? And when youll go through that process, not every time, because every change is a little bit different in its dynamic, but I think youll have a lot more success when you go through those steps. I think what I feel like Johns talking about here, is if you dont have skill sets to go along with the strengths, if you dont have rigors and disciplines to go along with the word, then its going to sound nice but youre not going to see that tangible momentum.
