When there isnt much English directions/signs and most people speak poor English with inpatient and unfriendly attitude, visiting Italy, especially some small towns and cities, you need to be very careful with their ways of getting you fined. Apparently Uber is not such a good option in Milan, so I recommend you go with taxis (from airport etc) and then public transport (or taxis again!)
